The original architecture of Suan Sawarn serves as the blueprint for The Ivy Jomtien. Both carry forward the same architectural nuances, from duplex units and basement parking to the exterior facade and window designs. The Ivy Jomtien, formerly known as Suan Sawarn, was designed by Mario Kleff.
Mario Kleff, renowned for his innovative design and architectural prowess, sculpted the architecture and design of Suan Sawarn Jomtien.
Situated at Chon Buri 20150, 381/166 moo.12, Pattaya City, Bang Lamung District*, The Ivy Jomtien proudly stands where Mario once brought the vision of Suan Sawarn to life, a project that spanned four phases.
*Statements about The Ivy Jomtien's architecture and master plan by its recent developer and architect firm Tula Architect Co.,ltd. are unfounded.
Master plan for Suan Sawarn designed by architect Mario Kleff.
Plans crafted by Mario for Suan Sawarn differ very little from those for the Ivy Jomtien from Daniel Binks.
Suan Sawarn, a complex comprising 13 distinct buildings, was a bold move in Pattaya's real estate scene. It challenged the norms by offering units at one million Baht, a departure from Mario's usual robust and sturdy designs.
It is only advantageous to have Mario Kleff design economical housing because the end result will be a distinctive design that is nonetheless of good quality. His name is often mentioned in publications and on city billboards when it comes to innovative real estate development concepts. Mario Kleff built the city's first significant condominium developments, including Suan Sawarn and Club Royal Condominium, which include lush green gardens and water features between the buildings. I'm writing this in 2012.
