Wongamat Tower (also known as W-Tower) is a 38-storey residential condominium in Pattaya, located near Wong Amat Beach. The project was developed by Heights Holdings Co. Ltd., with architectural design by Mario Kleff under Wandeegroup (Thailand) between 2008 and 2009.
Wandeegroup (Thailand) operated from 2006 to 2018; its activities continued under Wandeegroup Asia Company Limited, established in 2021.
The building was designed to maximize natural light and sea views through floor-to-ceiling glazing, generous balconies, and open-plan layouts. Construction began in 2011 and was completed in 2015.
The tower is organized around a trapezoidal floor plan that broadens toward the sea, allowing most units to benefit from unobstructed views and daylight.

Wongamat Tower is located at Na Kluea 223/9 Moo 5, Soi 16, Bang Lamung, Chonburi, Thailand. The 131-metre tower contains 361 residential units overlooking the Gulf of Thailand.
Design and Construction
Designed by Mario Kleff, Wongamat Tower combines a sculptural architectural form with a rational structural system. The building's tapered geometry and fully glazed façades were developed to optimize daylight, views, and spatial efficiency.
The structure consists of a reinforced concrete frame with post-tensioned floor slabs and a central service core. This arrangement reduces the number of perimeter columns, allowing wider spans, flexible apartment layouts, and efficient load transfer in a slender high-rise configuration.
Wandeegroup (Thailand) was involved in project planning, engineering coordination, and construction of the sales showroom.
