An earlier story about a man who became the most successful architect in Pattaya in 2010.

The new condominium project on Pratumnak Hill, Wong Amat Beach or Jomtien Beach designed by the architect Mario Kleff. So it has been seen in all of Pattaya on advertising boards and in Pattaya real estate magazines. But the exemplary architect designer got many other project on the payroll, outside this town.

Mario is in charge of numerous architectural designs across Thailand, from Phuket over Bangkok to Chiang Mai and abroad, and today can grace to be responsible on projects worth billions of baht. It all started in 2002 when Kleff built his first house in Bangkok...

Between 2004 to 2015, Nittaya Wongsin together with Mario Kleff have delivered an exceptional mix of building designs and continuously business opportunity for developer and estates here in Pattaya.

With his ideas, Mario not only pushed the limits in the architectural field, but had also developed many innovative solutions in structural engineering solutions that required support from the authority and Thai engineers from Bangkok. Mario's creative visions basically took place in the Wandeegroup headquarters Thappraya Road, and the designer appointed companies from Great Britain and the USA to build latest supercomputers that are not available on the current Thailand market. I decided to invest a few hundred thousand dollars more to achieve a much better result for our customers in order to present new real estate developments nicely to their clients, he said.

The task of Wandeegroup architects and 3D designers at this time was to present these developments in a very attractive way, but also as quick as possible. In March 2009, Mario and his junior architect Saksit Vongaram designed and rendered over ten 8 story condominium buildings within just one month!
