Two-columns high-rise condominium in Pattaya
The Touch® is a high-rise residential project associated with Mario Kleff, founder of Wandeegroup (Thailand) Co., Ltd.. The development was planned as a 31-storey condominium located on a site with views toward the Jomtien and Pattaya coastal areas.
The project consists of residential units designed with varying layouts and architectural features. Units were intended to be completed prior to transfer, reflecting a delivery model based on finished construction rather than pre-completion handover.
From an engineering perspective, the building design incorporated a structural system described as having a two-column configuration with a span of approximately 25 meters. This approach was intended to influence internal space planning and structural distribution.
The total project investment was estimated at approximately 850 million THB. Construction was scheduled to begin in late 2011. The project reflects Wandeegroup’s involvement in both design and development activities within the Pattaya area.
