In 2008, Wandeegroup introduced cellular beams to Thailand. Just a year later, under Mario Kleff’s direction, we set a national milestone by constructing the longest floor span in the country—42 metres, column to column—within a 9-story residential building.
In collaboration with Siam Yamato Steel, Wandeegroup (Thailand) engineered Thailand’s first and largest I-beam, alongside ultra-shallow wide-flange beams. Today, we continue to deliver multiple condominium and private villa projects featuring spans exceeding 20, 30 metres, and beyond, reflecting Mario Kleff’s commitment to innovative and audacious design.
