Wandeegroup Thailand was the only architecture firm in Pattaya with its own engineering department, 3D design and modelling capabilities, construction company, and real estate agency combined in one business. This integrated approach allowed the firm to deliver complete project solutions for numerous developers.
Between 2002 and 2010, Wandeegroup Thailand played a major role in Pattaya’s urban growth by designing and constructing numerous low- and high-rise properties. Their expertise in architecture, engineering, and construction made them a trusted partner for many developers shaping the city’s skyline.
Key milestones include the award-winning Japanese House II (2008), achieving Star Architect status in 2009, the Signature design in Wong Amat (2010), Wong Amat Tower, and the high-rise project Facebook The Touch® (2011).
